Plants, factories, and elevator shops. Contur builds industrial facilities of this type using prefabricated structures and traditional capital technologies. Buildings include all necessary utility services as well as technological equipment;

Logistics centres and warehouses. Contur provides a range of services with a closed cycle of design works and direct construction of the buildings using prefabricated structures based on the metal framework.

Agroindustrial complexes. They include building and modular structures based on agricultural building construction. During construction works we use modern technologies and materials that help optimize the entire construction process without reducing its quality;

Commercial buildings. Commercial buildings constructed of prefabricated structures based on metal framework and cladded with sandwich panels. We also use traditional capital technology.
